Plastech has been extruding ABS heavy guage sheet and plate for many applications to utilize unique glossiness, impact strength and mechanical stiffness as well as excellent thrmoformability. Co-extruded ABS heavy guage sheet can be designed for customized functions to meet diversified demands of customers.
Plastech is also producing ABS sheet in roll for continual thermoforming application and specified markets like refrigerator inner panels, heat resistant and UV cut outdoor apparutus housings etc.
HIPS heavy guage sheet is also used for various purposes using its high stiffness and excellent thermoformability at competitive cost.
Plastech's HIPS sheet is very widely used for ordinary thermoforming applications and electronic devices packaging. |

PP and HDPE heavy guage sheets are commonly used to take advantage of superior properties, most competitive cost, perfect material safety, full reyclability etc. Plastech have been developing customized blending recipies for our customers. Heavy guage sheet up to 7mm thick is used for thermoforming pallets and heavy guage trays to hold heavy products or steel components of vehicles like trucks, cars and electronic products like refrigerators and so on.
PP thin guage sheet in roll is most common material in numerous thermoforming applications. Customized colors are available. Plastech¡®s material processing know-hows can fulfill even requirements for dimensional stability. |
